The Development and Capacity Building Institute (DCBI) is a non-profit, non-governmental organization composed of African and international scientists. DCBI headquartered in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia and with an office in Washington DC, was founded during the summer of 1995 by Howard University faculty members and Ethiopian Scientists.
